John & Jane citizen, seems to take this for granted, that this is the norm, go back 50 years or so, and there you would find few, why, well if it happened, the murderer was hung.
Politicians do nothing to protect the citizen, the use of the rope, would make murderers think; if they didn't tough. This should apply too, to illicit drug dealers, who take away the lives of our young.
